Sara Hulan, MA, LMFT
Sara is a trauma-informed LMFT specializing in EMDR, art therapy, as well as other somatic and integrative approaches to healing. Her background is rooted in both clinical depth and creative process — working extensively with clients navigating complex trauma, ADHD, identity transitions, and nervous system dysregulation. SoulCollage® is one of the modalities Sara uses to safely access nonverbal intelligence, engage with parts, and empower clients to reclaim internal authority beyond talk-only processing.
What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is a guided creative process that helps you access your intuition, inner wisdom, and personal power — no art experience needed. Using imagery and structure, it bypasses overthinking and connects you to the deeper parts of yourself that already have answers. As you work with nonverbal, symbolic imagery, you build new neural pathways between the brain hemispheres — which increases creativity, resilience, and emotional integration that carries into everyday life.
Hanika Schaare-Foster, LMFT
Hanika is a Filipino/German Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of experience working in community mental health. She has supported individuals and families through a range of challenges including trauma, substance abuse, post-prison release, and intensive mental health needs. As a trauma-focused therapist, she offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients heal from PTSD and trauma-related symptoms.
Currently training as a yoga teacher, Hanika weaves trauma-informed yoga and mindful meditation into her approach, creating a compassionate space where clients can reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and find calm. She strives to be both empathetic and honest—often bringing warmth and humor into her sessions. Guided by cultural awareness and deep respect for each person’s unique journey, Hanika’s mission is to help others move toward grounding, empowerment, and lasting healing.
