We understand that life happens, and plans can change. The Replenish Sanctuary aims to balance fairness to participants with the significant upfront costs of event planning.
Refund Timeline:
More than 120 days before the event (before December 12, 2025):
Full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.Between 119 and 91 days before the event (December 12, 2025 – January 10, 2026):
50% refund of the registration fee.Within 90 days of the event start date (after January 11, 2026):
No refunds will be issued for any reason, as venue and vendor costs are finalized.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
In the rare event that The Replenish Sanctuary cancels or reschedules the summit due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster, venue closure, or other force majeure event), participants will be offered:A full refund of registration fees, or
The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled or comparable event.
The Replenish Sanctuary is not responsible for reimbursement of travel, lodging, or any personal expenses incurred as a result of event changes or cancellations.

No, all transportation is the responsibility of the participant.
It is also recommended that every participant secures travel insurance that covers illness, emergency, trip interruption, and other items which each travel insurance company will specifiy

The Replenish Sanctuary will send out a questionnaire prior to the event and ask about any needed dietary restrictions or allergies, or any accomodations needed on the part of a participant.
